Road marking machine is a key equipment for airless spraying by driving a high-pressure pump through an engine. However, users may be annoyed when experiencing insufficient or fluctuating pressure. But rest assured, these usually stem from some common problems that can be easily solved by finding the crux. For your reference, here is a list of a few key factors that may lead to unstable pressure.
The number one factor could be a lack of hydraulic fluid in the marking machine, which can directly lead to a drop in cold spray pressure. In order to ensure stable pressure, it is recommended to check the stock and quality of hydraulic oil regularly and replenish or replace it as needed to keep the quantity and quality of hydraulic oil up to standard.
Secondly, the presence of loose or leaking suction pipe of the marking machine will also lead to unstable pressure. As soon as you find such a situation, please check the suction pipe carefully, find and repair the leakage point, and replace it if necessary.
Furthermore, insufficient supply of paint can also affect the pressure. Prior to construction, you should fully understand the construction situation and prepare sufficient paint materials. During the construction process, it is necessary to pay attention to the consumption of paint and replenish it in time, so as to avoid insufficient paint affecting the spraying effect.
Finally, the rationality of the road marking machine inhalation valve gap is also a key factor affecting the stability of pressure. It is recommended that the suction valve gap be adjusted between 2 and 4 millimeters. Too small a gap will lead to insufficient suction volume, which in turn triggers pressure instability; while too large a gap will likewise cause pressure fluctuations. Therefore, check and adjust the suction valve gap regularly to ensure that it remains within a reasonable range.
